Information We Collect
Text Input
- When you use Loquoro to generate voice audio, your text input is sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API for processing
- We do not store, save, or retain any text you input into the extension
- Text data is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after voice generation
Payment Information
- When you subscribe to Loquoro Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe
- We receive only basic subscription information from Stripe (email address, subscription status, customer ID)
- We never see or store your credit card information, billing address, or other sensitive payment details
- All payment data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
Usage Data
- We do not currently collect analytics or usage statistics
- We do not track your browsing activity outside of the extension
How We Use Your Information
- Text Processing: Your text is sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API solely to generate voice audio
- Subscription Management: Email addresses from Stripe are used only to manage your subscription status and provide customer support
- Service Delivery: We use your subscription status to enable premium features within the extension
