Agreement to Terms

By installing and using Loquoro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

Description of Service

Loquoro is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered text-to-speech voice generation using Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API. The service is available in both free and premium subscription tiers.

Subscription Terms

Premium Subscription

• Premium subscription costs $4.99 per month
• Billing is handled through Stripe and will recur monthly until canceled
• Premium features include:
  • Unlimited voice generations
  • Access to all 6 premium AI voices
  • Up to 10,000 characters per generation
  • High-quality 24kHz audio output

Free Tier

• Limited number of voice generations per month
• Access to basic voices only
• Standard quality audio

Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• Subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• After cancellation, you will retain premium access until the end of your paid period

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Loquoro only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:

• Generate content that violates any laws or regulations
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Produce malicious, harmful, or abusive content
• Impersonate others or create deepfakes without consent
• Overload or attempt to compromise our systems

Intellectual Property

• The Loquoro extension and all related materials are owned by Diatribes Studio
• You retain ownership of any content you create using the service
• Voice outputs generated through the service may be used freely by you
• The underlying AI voices are licensed from Google Cloud Text-to-Speech

Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Limitation of Liability

Loquoro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diatribes Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Attempt to compromise the security of the service

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the extension or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
